When booking an event, a $150.00 refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be returned to the card on file within 3-5 business days ONLY if the event space is properly upkept.
 

Once booking a contract will be sent to the email on file within 24hrs. Contract MUST BE signed prior to occupying the space.
 

The remaining balance can be paid the day of the event with cash, card or card on file.
